Woo Was Here

We've rarely seen audiences applaude here at the Rodeo, but there's always a first time. A group from Nashville comprised of Layne Wrye, Holly Bakehorn, Brock Goodwin and Jon Nite took the stage accompanied by a primo country band complete with fiddle and slide guitar and it was ON. Sound was good. Food was plentiful. It was an awesome show from start to finish.

Saturday night at the Rodeo

See y'all there.

All Dressed Up

Midnight Rodeo played host to the DHS 2007 prom this evening and there was plenty of bling to go around what with all the tiny white lights and sparkly dresses. The guys looked totally handsome in their tuxes and everybody behaved so that their mamas would be proud of them. The chocolate fountains were a huge hit with kids and parents alike.

The dance floor and stage stayed covered all night with happy dancing folks enjoying the music delivered by the house DJ. Next Saturday on April 14th, the Rodeo welcomesLayne Wrye and friends from Nashville for some down home style live entertainment. Tickets are five bucks in advance and six at the door.

Maybe we can talk the prom committee into leaving the outside lighting to give them a proper welcome to Dyersburg.
